Terms of Service
These terms apply to products published by LOGSTONE 로그스톤 (support@logstone.net), including the KeyBloom web app, the KeyBloom desktop app, and the KeyBloom PLUS license. By using our products you agree to these terms.
Products
The KeyBloom web app and desktop app are free to use. PLUS is a paid, one-time license that unlocks additional features in the desktop app as described on the product page.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Creem (creem.io) as the merchant of record — Creem is the seller for your transaction, and its terms apply to checkout, billing, and taxes. For refund requests or payment issues, contact us atsupport@logstone.net and we will resolve it with Creem.
License
A PLUS license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, activatable on up to two devices that you use. Do not share, resell, or publish license keys. We may deactivate keys that are obtained or used fraudulently (for example, through payment fraud or key redistribution).
Your content
Videos and images you create with KeyBloom are yours. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial use and monetized platforms, with no attribution required.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the software, and do not circumvent the licensing mechanism.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as our products change; the date above shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

구매와 환불
구매는 기록상 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Creem(creem.io)이 처리합니다 — 거래의 판매자는 Creem이며, 결제·청구·세금에는 Creem의 약관이 적용됩니다. 환불 요청이나 결제 문제는 support@logstone.net으로 연락해 주시면 Creem과 함께 해결해 드립니다.
라이선스
PLUS 라이선스는 개인용·비독점·양도 불가 라이선스이며, 본인이 사용하는 기기 최대 2대에서 활성화할 수 있습니다. 라이선스 키를 공유·재판매·공개하지 마세요. 부정하게 취득되거나 사용된 키(결제 사기, 키 재배포 등)는 비활성화될 수 있습니다.
사용자 콘텐츠
KeyBloom으로 만든 영상과 이미지는 사용자의 것입니다. 상업적 이용과 수익화 플랫폼을 포함해 어떤 용도로든 출처 표기 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
허용되는 사용
소프트웨어를 재배포·리버스 엔지니어링·수정하거나 라이선스 장치를 우회하지 마세요.
보증과 책임
소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 당사의 총 책임은 라이선스 구매 금액을 한도로 합니다.
약관 변경 및 준거법
제품이 변경됨에 따라 약관을 갱신할 수 있으며, 최신 갱신일은 상단에 표시됩니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.
